Intake: Each party will be charged a fee of $30 for the in-person intake, to be paid before the scheduled date of intake. Appointments will only be held for clients who have completed the required payment, all other appointments will be canceled.

• There are no fees for the required Child Orientation

Visits: Fees for visitation are calculated based on the number of hours per visit, at a rate of $50 per hour. Unless otherwise dictated by a court order, the visiting party will be responsible for all hourly visit fees.

 

Late Arrival: All fees relating to late arrivals will be the responsibility of the canceling party.

• For arrivals 5-14 minutes after the scheduled visit, the responsible party will be charged a $10 late fee, due on or prior to the next visit.

• For parties habitually late by under 5 minutes, fees may be awarded at the discretion of visitation center. 

 

Cancellation: All fees relating to cancellations will be the responsibility of the canceling party.

• Cancellations made 10 business days prior to the scheduled visit will be rescheduled at the discretion of the visitation center. Rescheduled visits will not be charged a cancellation fee.

• For cancellations made less than 10 business days prior to the visit, the cancelling party will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Visits canceled with less than 10 business day notice will not be rescheduled.

• For cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice, the cancelling party will be charged the full visit fee, to be paid before the next scheduled visit.

• For No-call/No-show cancellations, the responsible party will be charged the full visit fee, to be paid before the next scheduled visit.

• For cancellations due to child’s illness, a doctor’s note or letter from the child’s school/daycare may be accepted to waive any related fees.

 

Records/Testimony: All fees relating to document release or court appearance will be billed to the individual who made the request.

• The party requesting records will be billed $25 per preparation hour.

• The Executive Director is available to come to court for a fee of $50 per hour. A $50 retainer, paid prior to the court date, will be invoiced to the requesting party and can be applied to the final bill.

 

*Parties will be invoiced prior to all fee-related services. Payments will be expected prior to the service and lack of payment may result in cancellation or termination of services. Payment methods include card, money order, or PayPal only. No cash or personal checks will be accepted.*
